Write an email

You can email us directly, with no contact form or account required. Your email app may open when you select the address above; if it does not, copy the address into a new message.

We read incoming emails, but cannot guarantee a reply or a specific response time. Please check your spam or junk folder if you are expecting a response.

Report a problem with an image tool

Whether you're editing a photo, trying the face detector, or making a pixel grid, a short description of what went wrong is usually more helpful than a screenshot of a private picture. To help us understand the problem, please include:

  • Which tool you were using, such as Face Pixelator or Pixel Art Grid Maker.
  • The steps you took and what you expected to happen.
  • What actually happened, including any error shown on the page.
  • Your browser, approximate device type, and image format or size if relevant.

You do not need to attach your original photo to report a problem. If an issue depends on a particular image, start with a description or a non-sensitive example that you have permission to share. For very large files, try a smaller version first: device memory or browser limits can affect how pictures open and download.

Privacy and data questions

Your pictures stay in your browser while you edit them. If you have a question about website visits, cookies, support emails, or information about you, use “Privacy question” as your email subject.

Tell us what information or interaction your request relates to. We may ask you for more details to understand the request or confirm that we're responding to the right person. Avoid sending identity documents or other sensitive material unless we specifically explain why they are necessary.

You can read the Privacy Policy for details on local image editing, website hosting requests, email correspondence, and your available choices. For help with personal information you've sent us by email, write to the support address above. Files saved on your own device remain under your control.

Feedback, accessibility, and content concerns

Product feedback

Tell us what was difficult to find or understand, or suggest an improvement that would make a tool more useful.

Accessibility

Let us know if a control is hard to use with a keyboard, touch screen, screen reader, or other assistive technology.

Content or rights concerns

If you believe material on this website infringes your rights, identify the page and explain the concern so it can be reviewed.

Business or other questions

Use the support email for other questions too. A clear subject helps us understand what you're asking about.

Photos edited with these tools aren't automatically published or shared with us. If a concern involves an image posted on a separate website or social platform, that site's own reporting process may be the appropriate place to ask for its removal.

Before sending your message

Please do not include passwords, account credentials, payment details, private portraits, sensitive documents, or another person's personal information unless it is essential to your request and you are authorized to share it. Emails may be stored by the mail services used to send and receive them, so please avoid including sensitive information unless it is necessary.

If you are reporting a face pixelation issue, remember that automatic detection can miss faces and that a mosaic alone does not guarantee anonymity. For help with the editor, describe the problem using a test photo where possible, rather than sending an unprotected sensitive image.

Common support questions

Can I recover work after closing the page?

Your drawings aren't saved in an online account. Changes you haven't downloaded may be lost when you close or refresh the tab. Check your Downloads folder for any file you already saved.

Do I need to send my picture for troubleshooting?

Usually not. Start with the tool name, what you tried, which browser you use, and any error message you saw. Only share an example image if necessary and appropriate.

Can I ask for a new editing feature?

Yes. Suggestions are welcome, especially when you describe what you are trying to accomplish. Sending a suggestion does not guarantee that the feature will be added.

Where can I find the site rules?

Read our Terms of Use for permitted use and limitations, and our About page for an overview of the available tools.
